Purchase prices range from RM1,999 for basic models to RM5,100 for our ultralight magnesium wheelchair. Our bestselling Heavy Duty Auto is RM3,500. All purchases include 3-year warranty, free delivery, and lifetime servicing support.

For rentals of 3 months or more, NO deposit is required. For shorter rental periods, a refundable deposit of RM500 applies. The deposit is fully refunded upon return of the wheelchair in good condition.

Yes! If you decide to purchase after renting, we will deduct up to 3 months of rental payments from the purchase price. This way, your rental wasn't wasted - it was a try-before-you-buy experience.

Yes! Our foldable and compact travel wheelchairs are airline-approved. The lithium battery (under 300Wh) can be brought into the cabin. We provide certification letters for airlines upon request. Many of our customers have traveled to Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and even Europe.

Our lightest model weighs only 9kg - lighter than many luggage! The popular foldable model is 11kg, and premium models range from 18-28kg. All can be easily lifted into a car boot by one person.

Depending on the model, range varies from 10km (compact) to 30km (heavy-duty) per charge. The popular foldable model offers 15km range. Actual range depends on user weight, terrain, and speed.

Weight capacity ranges from 100kg (compact model) to 180kg (heavy-duty model). Our standard foldable model supports up to 120kg, and the premium model up to 150kg. We can recommend the right model based on user requirements.

Yes! We deliver to ALL areas in Malaysia including Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan. Our showroom is in Batu Caves, Selangor, but we have delivery partners nationwide. Just WhatsApp us your location and we'll confirm the delivery time.

Yes, delivery is 100% free for both rentals and purchases to anywhere in Malaysia. We also include free setup and demonstration when we deliver. Our delivery team will teach you or your family how to use the wheelchair properly.

The minimum rental period is 1 month. We recommend at least 3 months to enjoy deposit-free rental. There is no maximum period - many customers rent for years and find it more convenient than purchasing.

Rental includes: the wheelchair, charger, user manual, free delivery and pickup, free basic maintenance, battery replacement if needed, and 24/7 WhatsApp support. You only pay the monthly rental - no hidden costs.

We provide free repair or replacement for any manufacturing defects or normal wear. For KL/Selangor, we can send a technician within 24 hours. For other states, we'll arrange courier exchange. If repair takes time, we'll provide a temporary replacement wheelchair.

Yes, you can end your rental anytime with just 7 days notice. There are no cancellation fees. We'll arrange free pickup of the wheelchair. If you paid in advance, we'll refund the unused months.

All purchased wheelchairs come with 3-year comprehensive warranty. This covers motor, battery, frame, and all electronic components. We also offer lifetime servicing support at reasonable rates after warranty period.

Simply WhatsApp us with a description and photo/video of the issue. For KL/Selangor, we'll send a technician to your home. For other areas, we'll arrange courier pickup. Most repairs are completed within 3-5 working days.

Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear items like tires and cushions are also not covered after 6 months. However, we provide these parts at cost price for our customers.

Yes! Our showroom is located at Lot 1, Jalan Perusahaan 4, Kawasan Industri Batu Caves, 68100 Selangor. Open Monday-Saturday 9AM-6PM, Sunday 10AM-4PM. You can test all our models before deciding. Free parking available.

Absolutely! Visit our showroom to test any model. If you can't travel to us, we offer a 7-day trial period for rentals. If you're not satisfied within 7 days, return for a full refund - no questions asked.

Yes, all our electric wheelchairs are registered with the Medical Device Authority (MDA) Malaysia. We also carry Superbrands Malaysia certification. Our products meet international safety and quality standards.

Yes, all our wheelchairs are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The motors handle slopes, grass, and uneven paths. For rough terrain or outdoor-heavy use, we recommend our heavy-duty model with all-terrain wheels.

We understand this is a difficult time. You can end the rental immediately with no penalties. We'll arrange free pickup at your convenience. Any prepaid months will be fully refunded. Our condolences to your family.

We carry Evin (our house brand with excellent value), and can source Karma, Bion, and other premium brands on request. Evin wheelchairs are designed in Malaysia for Malaysian conditions and offer the best price-performance ratio.

We import directly and focus only on electric wheelchairs - no middlemen markup. We also prioritize rental model which gives us volume advantage. Our price is lower but quality meets the same MDA standards as expensive brands.

Compact (9-11kg): Best for travel, 100kg capacity, 10-15km range. Standard (15-18kg): All-rounder, 120kg capacity, 15-20km range. Premium (20-25kg): Extra features, 150kg capacity, 20-25km range. Heavy-Duty (25-30kg): For larger users, 180kg capacity, 25-30km range.

Yes! All our wheelchairs handle slopes up to 12 degrees (standard ramp gradient). Heavy-duty models handle up to 15 degrees. The motor automatically adjusts power for inclines. There's also anti-rollback feature for safety.

Maximum speed is 6km/h - equivalent to a brisk walking pace. This is the international safety standard for mobility devices. Speed can be adjusted lower for indoor use or users who prefer slower movement. Most users keep it at 4km/h.

Yes! Our compact and standard models are 58-65cm wide, fitting through standard Malaysian doorways (70cm+). For narrow spaces, we have ultra-compact models at 54cm width. Measure your doorways and we'll recommend the right size.

Our wheelchairs are water-resistant (IPX4) - safe in light rain and splashes. However, we don't recommend using in heavy rain or submerging. Wipe dry if wet and avoid puddles. Electronics should be kept dry for longevity.

Our foldable wheelchairs fit in most car boots including Myvi, Vios, and City. Folded dimensions are typically 60x30x70cm. SUVs and MPVs have no issues at all. We can demonstrate the folding during showroom visit or delivery.
